Video Conference Hearing

The Social Security Administration also allows for video conference hearings. The Social Security Administration will inform you of ahead of time. They use video hearings in order to get you a hearing faster or to make the hearing at a more convenient place for you. The video hearings can also be used for any witnesses that you may have. We will help you prepare for video hearing and question witnesses in your video hearing like we would for a hearing in person. You don’t have to attend you hearing, but we believe that it is to your advantage to be there because it is your chance to explain your case. We will be there with you, and we will work with you to make the process easier on you. The judge can force you to attend if the judge feels that it is necessary for you to be there, but we will not let you attend alone.
